Our Proposal

Need: which problem(s) does your proposal solve?

We want to improve collaboration, take co-creation to the next level - be it in meetings, brainstorming sessions or other interactive situations. The scale of the problem of un-collaboration is huge. For example, 67% of meetings are rated unproductive. If you’re a middle manager, it’s likely about 35% of your time, and if you’re in upper management, it can be a whopping 50%.

One of the main reasons meetings can be so unproductive are organisational barriers (silos and hierarchy) combined with human biases (gender, age, social cues and ethnical background), which prevent us using all available brainpower and competencies through free flowing collaboration.

There are often also serious challenges to schedule f2f meetings, brainstorming sessions or training in because of the time and cost travelling takes. Using novel virtual solutions such as Altogame people can be saved from travelling and to be taken out of their daily work. In addition, with Altogame multiplayer training simulations they can practise complex real life interactions without real life consequences. Training is less expensive and time-consuming, yet outcomes improve.

Since 2000, 52 percent of the names on the Fortune 500 list are gone. Altogame role is to help corporates avoid this fate by connecting them with all available innovation capabilities and go beyond the obvious together.

Altogame's virtual platform helps to ensure that all participants are actively engaged and contributing to the discussion in a neutral and safe environment. You can brainstorm any real-life question or practise real-life interaction with anyone you like anytime you want.

With Altogame organisations can organize meetings, workshops, or e.g. stakeholder surveys much more efficiently than by using traditional methods. Altogame saves time and money – arranging a session is fast, and there is no need for travel, meeting rooms, facilitators or hotels. Altogame platform enables you to train your people efficiently as well. Through its multiuser simulations you can safely practice complex real life situations requiring real-time human-to-human interaction through different roles. These situations can be related for example to complex customer service or leadership conversations.
