Our Proposal
Need: which problem(s) does your proposal solve?
The two key challanges have been identified at D.Day workshop (14.3.)
1) IoT factory mgmnt – one do not need to have own factory, but manufacture by mgmnt of other resources --> virtual collaborative factories (networks) are needed
2) Data connects user, manufacturing and design – Better value experience for cusomers, optimal products, and processes --> require customer driven design

Problem will be solved through ecosystem design, business analysis, enabling technologies, data learning, etc.

1) Manufacture network optimization, New business models and Agility
2) Novel business models, Resource efficiency, Customer/user engagement

Variety of pilot cases, co-development and learning together in ecosystem projects
Prospective Partners: what might you expect from prospective project partners?
Discussion continues with several industry parties, Tekes, CGI and VTT. Next workshop will be arranged at April/May.
