Need: which problem(s) does your proposal solve?

Faster way to get in touch with your GP by continuously monitoring your health status.

Approach: how does your project solve the problem(s)?

By creating a program which regularly sends your health status to your GP so that he/she can tell you if there is a problem and if so, what can you do to prevent it.

Alternatives: what other alternatives could solve the problem(s)?

If the GP is not able to give a response based on your health status, they make an appointment for you.

Benefits: what are the benefits of your proposal?

Users will no longer need to go all the way to the GP.

Advantage: what gives your project the competitive edge?

I have not seen anything like this already existing on the market.

Prospective Partners: what might you expect from prospective project partners?

We might need permission to the GP's database else we'll need to construct a completely new one.
