Need: which problem(s) does your proposal solve?

As the competitive and regulatory landscape evolves, there is an increasing focus on how businesses can effectively manage projects and task.

A recent study indicated that many are still using email to communicate internally and follow up them.

During my transformation, project management or performance improvement assignments, I have always been astonished by the time lost in projects that could have been avoided by an effective application accessible to all employees.

  • task tracking,
  • waiting times before and between meetings,
  • back and forth to identify requests requiring multiple meetings,
  • time to become aware of a problem and a late task,
  • sending a task to the employee,
  • forgetting some tasks in emails,
  • lack of a global vision of the team,
  • difficulty in setting new priorities with the team,.........
