Grow your Open Ecosystem Network (and your business) with the Trustmeter

About this project

We hear it every day, as citizens in our society, in business life and even in our marriage, trust matters. What is trust? How can I, as a leader, help my employees act more trustworthy and create relationships which are built on trust? I am building a Trustmeter and I am looking for your feedback. I am in the research process.

- How can you contribute?
If you are working professionally with Open Ecosystem Innovation then please review the gap-analysis tool (Tab: Trustmeter). Perhaps this could serve as an inspiration for an assessment of your current approach to Open Innovation.

If you are monitoring a partnership - check out the tab named "supporting tool 2 - personal" - with this tool you can make an individual assessment of your trust level.

If you are a leader and you need to manage accross boundaries - check out supporting tool 1: Leadership.  This could provide a guideline for your approach to managing accross boundaries.
