I'm looking for 'off the shelf software' that allows large corporations to fully digitalize their procurement category strategies with the following features
responsive web based
wizard based completion
enable co-creation automatic invitation process and security rights
allows for version control and alert at field level
action plans realtime tracking
reporting function within and across categories (ex. responsible sourcing)
