About this project

The  Augmented support platform is an application that uses mobile devices (smart glasses, smart phones, tablets) to enhance field service technicians and customers support with the use of Augmented Reality. 

 

We have launched our 1.3.1 version in the iOS app store, the android play store and the .exe is downloadable from our website https://augmentedsupport.solutions 

 

Internationalisation is our big project at the moment, as well as launching new augmented features in november.

- adding 3D models to the video conversation.

we are building a platform that can bring the hands and knowledge of the expert virtually on the real time situation.

in stead of a 1-1 communication, a 1 to many communication.

Advantage: what gives your project the competitive edge?

we have got a pay per use model, the only one in the AR support market. 
and we're the only one trying to disrupt the customer service market :-) 

Prospective Partners: what might you expect from prospective project partners?

- our developers could use some sparring 

- yes, we do need some money as well

- we're aiming worldwide, so worldwide networking and sales contacts could be usefull.
