HOP Ubiquitous (HOPU) is focused on research and development of network protocols, IoT management, IoT security and Internet of Things solutions. HOPU is specialized in applying their IoT management, security and networking protocols over an IoT platform called Homard. Homard is being used and integrated for final customers by companies such as Fujitu (RunMyProcess), FIWARE and Microsoft (Azure IoT Suite). HOPU is promoting the integration of IoT as a key enabler of the digitization of production processes, with a special focus on easy to deploy (commissioning/bootstrapping), security and remote maintenance (device management).
