Nokia’s Services, Software and Process Innovation (SSPI) organization is looking for Workflow Management Solutions that can help us automate our Business Processes but are not limited to: Robotic Process Automation Capabilities that can enhance digitizing our Operational business processes.
Such a solution would enable us to quickly make changes to our business processes – making them lean even as we automate them. Additional features that are being looked at are the following:
- These solutions must have the capability to interface with multiple applications (as with other large organizations – Nokia has quite a large ecosystem of applications) encompassing financial systems, logistical systems, project management applications and collaboration applications (MS Office and Email to name a few)
- Ability to reuse or mine existing process elements in our current portfolio of Business process toolset such as Casewise, Pega, etc.
Additional features to analyze real-time data and predictive analysis of the Business Process improvements are highly desirable.
At a minimum, prototypes should be available at the time of submission. Successful candidates need to be ready to be evaluated in a Proof of Concept (PoC) in a real environment.
The Nokia Service, Software and Process Innovation Team (SSPI) team will review all submissions to find the best ideas from Nokia’s perspective: Assessing the capabilities, innovativeness, scalability and usability of the solution while looking at it from a cost perspective.
