All LTE and ION Nokia legacy products are subject to repairs. The repair process has different steps and we are looking forward to improving the steps that are not following a standardized approach.
We are looking for a brand agnostic solution that could help troubleshooting of the product during its run time operation or separately in the lab environment (in the repair center).
It should provide Enough guidance to the technician to indicate the failed component from the product without extensive HW testing procedures.
