We are looking for concepts for in-home and/or in-fridge deliveries. We want you to challenge the existing models and think how to change the game. But before you can start, you have to know the basics of Telia Zone.
Telia Zone is Telia’s smart home solution that simplifies customers’ everyday life and amplifies great moments at home for the entire family. The core of Telia Zone is the possibility to identify different contextual events for people in a Zone and enable solutions using existing services in new and exciting ways. Core events within the Zone are when a device enters, leaves or which devices that are in a Zone. You can also identify if a device is in a Zone.
Telia Zone partners include e.g. a smart lock manufacturer which might come in handy for the concept. But do not get restricted to the existing partners, think about wider ecosystem possibilities.

Your solution should answer to the following questions:
- Who is the customer?
- Why should the customer buy the product/service? What need does it meet?
- What exactly is innovative about the business idea?
- Why is the product/service better than comparable alternatives?
- Can the product/service make money? What are the costs involved, and what price can be asked?
- What is the role of Telia Zone in the concept?

Kimmo Ahvenlampi is an IoT enthusiastic Business Development Manager at Telia Company. At Telia Kimmo is leading Telia Zone B2C implementation in Finland and Baltics, evaluating B2B possibilities and helping the team to recruit local and "global" partners for both B2C and B2B. He received his M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology and has a background in management consulting.
